The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) that targets immigrants with International skilled workers, young graduates and entrepreneurs who are interested to live permanently in Prince Edward Island.

PEI PNP streams:

• PEI Express Entry stream
• PEI Labour Impact stream
• PEI Business Impact stream

PEI Express Entry stream:

Candidates must have a valid Express Entry profile and have expressed their interest to live and work in Prince Edward Island may be eligible for PEI Express Entry.

PEI Labour Impact stream:

International workers and recent graduates can apply for this stream via any one of Prince Edward Island (Labour Impact stream). To be eligible for this program applicant must have valid PEI employer job offer or PEI work experience or students who have recently graduated from designated learning institute in PEI, Canada.

PEI Business Impact stream:

Entrepreneur from outside of Canada who is looking to implement a new business concept or buy an existing business in PEI can apply to this stream. Business with 100% ownership or investing in a new or established PEI business. Which will provide the entrepreneurs a fastest way to start a new life in PEI, Canada.

• Work permit
• 100% Ownership
• Partial Ownership

The following types of business are ineligible:

• Home-based businesses including hobby farms and bed and breakfasts
• Cheque cashing, money changing and payday loan services
• Pawnbrokers and other used good sales
• Real estate brokerage, insurance brokerage and business brokerage
• Professional practices, financial services and consulting services
• Any business which might cause “disrepute” to the government and province of PEI
• Any business created purely for access to the PEI PNP program
