How to apply OINP?

There are three common ways you may qualify for a nomination, PassX Immigration Consultants will make sure you are eligible to apply for any programs.

Human capital category – For International workers who have a skills, experience, educations and language proficiency with a valid Express Entry profile or from graduate students.

Employer job offer category – For applicants who have a valid job offer from an Ontario employer.

Business category – For entrepreneurs looking to start a business or buy an existing business in Ontario.

Human capital category:

• International graduate

International graduate

To be eligible for this program applicant must have a valid express entry profile under graduate stream, have received an invitation to apply within two years of getting your graduate degree from an eligible designated learning institute.

• Masters Graduate stream
• PhD Graduate stream

Ontario’s Express Entry

To be eligible for this stream applicant must have an up-to-date profile with your most current work experience, language tests and education in the federal government’s Express Entry system, also you must have received a notification of interest from Ontario.

• French Speaking Skilled Worker stream: For applicants with required work experience, education and language proficiency in French and English.
• Human Capital Priorities stream: For international skilled workers with the required work experience, education and language proficiency in French and English.
• Skilled Trades stream: For workers with minimum for 1 year work experience in Ontario in eligible trade occupation

Employer Job offer category:

To qualify under the employer job offer streams must have a valid express entry profile in OINP e-filling portal, have received an invitation from to apply or a full time job offer from an Ontario employer. This category has three streams which operate under an expression of interest system.

• Foreign Worker stream
• International Student stream
• In-Demand Skills stream

Business Category:

Entrepreneur from outside of Canada who is looking to implement a new business concept or buy an existing business in Ontario can apply to this stream. Entrepreneur stream
