Quebec offers multiple programs for international skilled workers to live and work in Quebec. These are immigration programs for skilled workers.

Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)

This program is for applicant who wish to work permanently in Quebec. To be eligible for this program, PassX Immigration Consultants will help applicants to show interest in immigration to Quebec. Programme de I’experience Quebecoise (PEQ – Quebec experience program)

The Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ – Québec experience program) is for foreign student who is a Québec graduate or a temporary foreign worker. To settle permanently in Quebec you must submit an application if you meet all the eligibility requirement.

Permanent immigration pilot program for orderlies

This pilot program allows applicant to settle permanently in Québec, if you are working in Québec temporarily. This pilot program launched on March 31, 2021 and it will be closed on January 1, 2026.

Conditions:

Strong French language in speaking to Level 7 on the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes;
Orderly work experience in Québec
Hold a job as an orderly while submitting your application
Proof of funds
Intend to settle in Québec to hold a job

Permanent immigration pilot program for workers in the artificial intelligence, information technologies and visual effects sectors.

This pilot program allows applicant to settle permanently in Québec. If you are:

An International foreign worker or a Québec graduate in artificial intelligence
or
A International foreign worker in information technologies and visual effects

Each stream includes the two profiles:

Francophone
Francization.

This pilot program launched on April 22, 2021 and it will be closed on January 1, 2026.

Conditions:

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older;
Proof of funds
Intend to settle in Québec to hold a job
High school diploma or a Québec diploma of vocational studies, obtained in a study program of at least one year, full time;
Hold an eligible job in an eligible sector in Québec;
You must have worked in eligible job for at least 24 months
Strong French language in speaking to Level 7 on the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes;
