The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) targets international skilled workers, young graduates, and entrepreneurs who are interested in living permanently in Prince Edward Island.

- PEI Labour Impact stream
- PEI Business Impact stream
PEI Express Entry stream:
Candidates with a valid Express Entry profile who have expressed interest to live and work in Prince Edward Island may be eligible for PEI Express Entry.
PEI Labour Impact stream:
International workers and recent graduates can apply through Prince Edward Island Labour Impact streams. To be eligible, applicants should have a valid PEI employer job offer, PEI work experience, or have recently graduated from a designated learning institute in PEI.

PEI Business Impact stream:
Entrepreneurs from outside Canada who are looking to implement a new business concept or buy an existing business in PEI can apply under this stream. Options include 100% ownership or investment in a new or established PEI business.

- 100% Ownership
- Partial Ownership
The following types of business are ineligible:
- Home-based businesses including hobby farms and bed and breakfasts
- Cheque cashing, money changing and payday loan services
- Pawnbrokers and other used good sales
- Real estate brokerage, insurance brokerage and business brokerage
- Professional practices, financial services and consulting services
- Any business which might cause "disrepute" to the government and province of PEI
- Any business created purely for access to the PEI PNP program
