Benefits of UK Immigration:

The United Kingdom, comprising England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, is one of the world’s most popular destinations for migration. Offering a rich cultural experience, excellent educational opportunities, and a high standard of living, the UK provides various pathways for individuals seeking to settle.

To migrate to the UK, candidates often need to first enter the country on a temporary visa before applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). Common routes to immigration include:

  • Migrating with a Job Offer: Secure a work visa through a valid job offer in the UK.
  • Student Route: Study in the UK and explore opportunities to stay and work post-graduation.
  • Family Immigration: Settle in the UK if married to, or engaged with, a UK citizen or permanent resident.
  • Entrepreneur Pathway: Move to the UK to set up a business as an entrepreneur.
  • Investor Route: Migrate to the UK by investing a substantial amount of capital.

At PassX Immigration, our two decades of experience enable us to identify the most suitable immigration route for you and guide you through each step of your migration journey.

Eligibility for UK Immigration from India:

In 2020, the UK government introduced a points-based immigration system to ensure a fair and transparent selection process. Here are the key features:

  • Equal Consideration: Candidates from both EU and non-EU countries are considered equally under the system.
  • Points-Based Assessment: This system applies to highly skilled workers, skilled workers, and students wishing to move to the UK.
  • Job Offer Requirement: For skilled workers, a valid job offer is necessary.
  • Revised Salary Threshold: The minimum salary requirement has been reduced from £30,000 to £26,000 per year.
  • English Competence: Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English (e.g., IELTS at A-level standard or equivalent).
  • Highly Skilled Professionals: Those in this category need endorsement by a UK authority, even if a job offer is not in place.
  • Student Route: Applicants must provide an admission letter from a recognized institution, proof of English language skills, and sufficient funds.
  • Minimum Score: A candidate must achieve at least 70 points to qualify for the visa.
