Study in Canada with Expert Guidance from PassX
Canada is one of the world's most popular destinations for international students, known for world-class education, a multicultural environment, and post-study work opportunities.
At PassX Immigration Consultants, we help aspiring students obtain their Canada Study Permit with clear, structured support from course selection to visa filing.
What Is a Canada Study Permit?
A study permit is issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and allows foreign nationals to study at Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs). Most international students need this permit before entering Canada.
SDS vs Non-SDS - What's the Difference?
Student Direct Stream (SDS)
- Fast-track study permit processing route
- Available to select countries including India
- Requires GIC and full first-year tuition payment
- IELTS score of 6.0 or higher in each band
- Medical and police certificates if applicable
Non-SDS
- For profiles that do not meet SDS criteria
- Regular processing route
- Requires deeper financial documentation
- Can have relatively longer processing timelines
PassX helps you choose the right stream based on profile, finances, and timeline to improve approval readiness.
